Parent Connect Mornings – Term 3

This term at our parent connect mornings, we will be sharing presentations on Autism and strategies for you and your child, the importance of music and the benefits on the developing brain along with anxiety and what you can do as an adult to support your child.

Each session will begin at 9am and conclude at 9.30am. Refreshments will begin at 8.45am with coffee and cake. Please RSVP your attendance to rcrib1@eq.edu.au and we look forward to seeing you at our Parent Connect Mornings.

Questionnaires and Letters of Observation 
We are dedicated to supporting and collaborating closely with all our families to ensure the wellbeing and educational success of our students. We often receive requests to complete questionnaires, surveys, and provide observation letters to assist student referrals to GPs and paediatricians. These referrals can be made for various reasons.

To streamline this process and ensure efficiency, we kindly ask for up to two weeks notice for the completion of questionnaires and observation letters. This allows us to provide relevant and thorough information to support the process.

Additionally, it is essential for us to obtain consent and permission from parents/legal guardians to share relevant information with the treating professionals. This requires providing details for our department Consent to Share forms including job title, name, company name, email address, and contact details of the treating professional.

Your cooperation in providing timely notice and completing the necessary consent forms will greatly assist us in facilitating these referrals.
