School Review Report

Last week we received our school review report. Please CLICK HERE to view the one page overview which captures the highlights and the next steps to inform how we can ensure continuous improvement for our students.

During Term 3 and Term 4, we will work with our teachers to look at the feedback from each of the 9 domains. The work that our teachers are currently implementing together to make learning visible for our students is evidence of the strong collegial relationships that we have in our school and is something that we are really proud of.

NAPLAN reports for parents

The reporting of NAPLAN results to parents and carers is changing. You will have received individual student reports this week, showing your child’s achievement in each test domain, according to 4 levels of NAPLAN proficiency: Exceeding, Strong, Developing and Needs additional support. The report will also provide information about student knowledge and skills within each proficiency. A factsheet included with your child’s report will detail the new changes. Communication from the School

As we communicated earlier in the week, there was some data corruption in one of the files in Schoolzine that impacted how the information on Weekly Happenings updated. This has now been corrected. The information in Weekly Happenings is drawn from our school calendar and we endeavour to keep this as up to date as possible. The calendar and the website will be the ‘point of truth’ for our communication and we will utilise our Facebook page to celebrate school achievements.
