AST Waste Free, Walking Wheeling Wednesday - aka Litter Walk.
Thank you everyone for your support on our Litter Walk as a part of Clean Up Australia Day. It was great to see how looked after our community is, we had to search high and low to find some litter to pick up. We had lots of fun working together as a team! Thank you also to the Brisbane City Council Litter Prevention Team who helped us out, lending us the equipment.
Congratulations to Mischa who trialled for the Metro North swimming team in February. Mischa placed:-
- 2nd in 10yrs girls 50m Freestyle
- 2nd in 10yrs girls 50m Breaststroke
- 3rd in10 yrs girls 100m Freestyle
- 1st in 10 yrs girls 100m Breaststroke
As a result Mischa earned a spot in the Metro North team competing at the State Championships at the end of March. Well done!
