Personalised Learning Records

For students with a Personalised Learning Record (PLR), you should have received a copy from your SEAL teacher via email or as a paper copy. If your child is on a PLR and you have not yet received this, please reach out to your SEAL teacher.

Once you have received the PLR, please sign the cover sheet to acknowledge you agree with the adjustments being provided. If you would like to meet to discuss the PLR further, please discuss at your parent teacher appointment or reach out to your class teacher and SEAL teacher.

The purpose of the PLR is to record targeted supports and reasonable adjustments that are occurring. These adjustments can be to support attendance, engagement, learning, behaviour, and social and emotional wellbeing.
